<div itemprop="description">Goldie, Lois Lorraine <br /> <br />It is with great sadness that the family of Lois Lorraine Goldie wish to announce her passing at Bobby's Hospice on Tuesday March 15, 2016 with her loving family by her side. Born in Saint John in 1934, she was a daughter of the late Ted and Stella (Gillet) Finley, and was the beloved wife to the late Louis (Junior) Goldie. <br /> <br />Lois was a long time member of St. Matthews Church, GrandBay, and was an Auxillary member of the Legion of Mary. Lois loved to watch T.V., especially sports. <br /> <br />She is survived by her only son Raymond (Hiadee) Goldie, of Saint John, one sister Marion Finley, of GrandBay-Westfield, N.B., two grandchildren Christian (Gillian) Goldie, and Rebecca Goldie (Jason Reindl), two great grandchildren, Griffin, and Stella Goldie, and several nieces and nephews. <br />Lois was predeceased by her parents, husband Junior, one brother Charles, and one sister Jean. <br /> <br />Castle Funeral home, 309 Lancaster Ave. Saint John, N.B. (634 1701) have been entrusted with the arrangements. In keeping with Lois's wishes there will be no Visitation. A Mass of Christian burial will take place on Friday March 18, 2016 from St. Matthews Church, GrandBay at 10:00 am. Donations to Bobby's Hospice or the charity of choice would be appreciated by the family. Special thanks to the Staff and Volunteers of Bobby's Hospice for the support and care given to Lois and the family.</div>
